Restored by Custom Remodeling by Dean Taylor Inc., this project was a necessary restoration to fix fire damage that happened to the second-floor roof and walls. We also added new shingles, a completely new truss system, porches, and sheathing.

This room addition included adding an in-law suite with an elevator to the lower, finished level. This room addition allowed a smooth transition for the aging family to continue living in the house.

Built by Nalevanko Ullrich Builders based out of Milan, Illinois, this room addition and remodel included adding on a front porch, garage, master bedroom, and new great room. This included a total remodel of the interiors as well.
